Gather With Us
The Journey Within
Our Sacred Reflection
Saturday 25th July
On this gathering of Journey Within: Sacred Reflection Kīrtan, we come together in a space of inner turning, remembrance, and sacred sound.
A night of inner devotion, held in warmth, candlelight, and presence, where we are invited to gently soften inward and listen to the quieter layers of being. This is a space where reflection becomes devotion, and the inner world is met with reverence, honesty, and care.
We begin with a nourishing Ayurvedic meal, prepared to support grounding, digestion, and presence, allowing the body to settle before entering the heart of the evening.
As the evening unfolds, we gather in kīrtan, meditation, and sacred sound,
allowing mantra and silence to guide us inward.
We also acknowledge this time within the Śrāvaṇa month, a deeply devotional period in the Vedic calendar traditionally associated with Lord Shiva, inner purification, and the turning of awareness inward.
This is a space to rest within inner stillness, to listen deeply, and to reconnect with the sacred relationship within.
As an optional closing offering, guests are invited into Darshan: Sacred Seeing, a gentle mirror pūjā practice inspired by the Vedic understanding of darśana as sacred seeing. Each person is invited to stand before a mirror, meet their own reflection, and offer flowers as a gesture of reverence, forgiveness, and remembrance of the divine within. A simple moment where seeing becomes devotion, and the self is met as sacred.
This gathering is held by myself, Ribhu, and Gianni, who returns from his travels to share in this
offering of sacred sound and presence.
All are welcome to come as they are.
