Navaratri

Gather with us for The Goddess Within, a sacred evening honouring Devī Mā, the Divine Mother, and the many expressions of Śakti that move through all of life.

We’ll begin with a gentle Radiant Yoga Flow, creating space in the body, awakening the breath, and preparing us to move into the evening with greater openness and presence.

We then come together to share a nourishing Ayurvedic meal, prepared with seasonal ingredients to support balance, digestion, and connection.

As the evening unfolds, we gather in kīrtan, mantra, meditation, and sacred story, honouring the Goddess through sound, devotion, and remembrance.

During the kīrtan, we will enter into a sacred Ārati for Devī Mā, offering the elements of nature back to the Divine Mother in gratitude and devotion, remembering that the same elements that form the Earth also live within each of us.

Following the Ārati, each person will be invited to receive a Kumkum Tilak Blessing, carrying the sacred red mark of Devī as a symbol of blessing, auspiciousness, and remembrance of the Divine Feminine within.

We then return to kīrtan and sacred sound, allowing mantra and devotion to carry us deeper into the evening.

To close our gathering, we come together around the Śrī Yantra for a sacred flower offering. Each person will be invited to come forward with a flower, prayer, or heartfelt intention, honouring Devī and the journey inward toward the sacred centre within.

A beautiful evening of nourishment, sacred sound, devotion, reflection, and ritual, celebrating the Goddess in all her forms and remembering the living presence of Śakti within us all.
