Honouring The Darkness

Saturday 20th June

Due to the private nature and location of this gathering, exact address details will be shared upon online ticket purchase.

On this sacred Winter Solstice, we gather to honour the longest night of the year,
a time of stillness, reflection, and quiet return.

A night held in warmth, candlelight, sacred sound, and remembrance, where the darkness is not something to fear, but something to soften into. A space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature, earth, and self.

Radiant Yoga Flow will be offered before the evening gathering, creating space to gently ground the body, settle the mind, and arrive more deeply into the self and the sacredness of the night ahead.

An Ayurvedic meal will be shared for warmth, grounding, and community nourishment, thoughtfully prepared to support balance and wellbeing throughout the winter season.

As the evening unfolds, we gather in sacred sound, meditation, and presence, allowing the heart and mind to settle into the wisdom of the solstice. Together we honour the fertile stillness held within darkness,
the space where rest, transformation, and renewal quietly begin.

Throughout the evening, a Bhūmi Offering altar will be created in honour of the Earth, the seasons, the ancestors, and the cycles of life. Guests are warmly invited to bring a small natural offering for the altar such as stones, leaves, seeds, winter herbs, flowers, water, or another simple offering from the earth.

The evening will also conclude with a Ceremony of Light Pūjā, where each guest will be invited to light a candle or diya from one central flame while holding a prayer, intention, or something they are ready to release into the darkness.
A gentle remembrance that even through the longest night, light quietly returns.

This is a gathering to rest within the stillness of winter, to be held in warmth, sound, silence, and shared presence,
and to honour both the darkness and the returning light.

All are welcome to come as they are.
