Through the Transition

Chapter Ten - The Release

We carry so much in life, from one season to another, from one year to the next, and maybe even from lifetime to lifetime.

As our autumn cleanse comes towards its end, I have been met with the intensity of the pitta that had remained within my system following the heat of summer. Mentally and physically, I have been facing this internal heat as we remove toxins and release all that no longer serves us. Through conscious awareness and practice, it has slowly begun to soften.

The first step, and often the one that takes the most strength on any healing journey, is to acknowledge what it is we wish to heal. In taking this step, we meet ourselves face to face with the discomfort we have been knowingly or unknowingly causing.

The Season of Grounding cleanse has been such an incredible experience. A journey through release, restoration, and renewal of our digestion, body, and mind. It is indeed a profound journey that takes great strength, willingness, and determination.

Everyone has done so incredibly on their journey. Although we have each moved through our own individual process, we have remained connected. We have supported one another with encouragement and shared understanding, and from this, we have come out feeling lighter, stronger, and more vital in our energy, grounded for the season ahead.

Autumn is not just a time to cleanse, it is a transition. A rite of passage as we move from the heating season into the cooler months. We release all that no longer serves and move through this transition with more ease and grace, landing gently into the next chapter of the cycle.

I feel deeply grateful to share this knowledge and to witness others receive the incredible benefits of the profound healing Ayurveda can offer when it is truly applied.

Our next cleanse will be in Spring. Before then, we gather for the Winter Reset, a gentle transition into the more Season on Reflection.

For now, may this autumn be grounded and easeful, and may you continue to release all that no longer serves with awareness and care.
